Refund policy

At Dare to Change Apparel, we design with care—and we want you to feel confident in what you wear. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.

Eligibility

  • Orders purchased using promo codes are eligible for return or exchange unless stated otherwise in the specific promo terms.

  • Returns or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery or collection and include a valid order reference number.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags attached.

  • We reserve the right to decline return or exchange requests that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once your return is approved, our team will coordinate with you directly via email regarding the refund process.

  • For exchanges, you may select any item of equal or lesser value.

  • If you wish to exchange for an item of higher value, we will email you with instructions to settle the price difference.

Shipping Costs

  • For returns or exchanges due to change of mind or sizing issues, return shipping fees will be shouldered by the buyer.

  • If the return or exchange is due to an error on our part (such as a defective item or incorrect order), Dare to Change Apparel will cover the shipping costs.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please email us at clifford@wedaretochange.com with your order reference number and a brief explanation of your request. Once we confirm eligibility, we’ll provide you with the return shipping details via email.

For approved exchanges, replacement items will be shipped after we receive your returned item, following our standard delivery timelines:

  • Metro Manila: 1–4 days

  • Provincial: 3–10 days
